 The History of Byron 
  1991   Byron Consulting & Engineering Ltd. is founded as a provider of consulting and intermediary
services for earthmoving equipment transactions.
  1992   Byron takes part in the selling of the machinery of a joint venture project in Turkey involving
the Italian contractor Impregilo S.p.A and the local (Turkish) STFA group.
  1994   Byron expands the company's activities to include the purchase and sale of earthmoving and
engineering equipment, as well as the refurbishing of used equipment.
  1996   Byron establishes its equipment yard in its current location just south of Hadera, Israel.
  1999   Byron carries out the sale of the earthmoving equipment employed by Impregilo S.p.A during a large
scale construction project in Morocco.
  2001   Byron is granted exclusivity for selling construction equipment that was employed during the
Xiaolangdi dam project in China by the YRC & CGIC joint ventures, which involved several European contractors, including Impregilo S.p.A from Italy and Zublin from Germany.
  2002   Byron establishes its procurement division to provide services for large firms and organizations
operating outside their domestic territory.
  2003   Byron begins to purchase transportation vehicles and is awarded tenders by the Israeli Ministry of
Defense for over 200 reserve trucks, that have since been sold all over the world.
  2004   Byron expands its operations to the Jordanian market, and begins operating from a lot located in
the Zarka Free Zone of Jordan.
  2005   Byron purchases all the earthmoving and construction equipment used during the Ngqura harbour
project by the NHC joint venture that involved German contractor Hochtief.
